The Bridge Café Review – About

The Bridge Café & Grill is a casual restaurant dishing out American cuisine with a Brazilian twist. It is an affordable place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Park City, Utah. Their food is simple, fresh, and unique. A family friendly restaurant that has great outdoor seating for a delicious meal outside, on a blue bird day.

The Bridge always has a crowd in the morning, the only tables available were outside. Even with a temperature of 34° F, we were comfortable with the sun shinning and heaters placed through out the patio area. I would highly suggest dinning outside. It ads ambiance to the meal and allows for some people watching with the Town Lift located right next door.

What I Ordered

Brioche Breakfast

Crispy thick bacon, gobs of avocado, two brioche buns, fresh fruit, melty Havarti cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs, and rich creamy hollandaise sauce, it was quite the sandwich. The Brioche Breakfast was not what I had expected. It was good but not one of my favorites. I enjoyed the thick scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, but found there was too much bread. The side of fruit added some much needed freshness, because it was rich and heavy meal for breakfast. My friend loved this dish so much that he wanted to recreate it at home.

The Bridge Café

Brazuca Omelet

Brazuca means Brazilian in Portuguese, making this dish a Brazilian omelet. Make the dish your own and chose five ingredients from an array of classic omelet fillings. We chose pepper jack cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onions, and ham. It was a flavorful omelet but nothing special. I did like the option to chose my own additions to the omelet.

Five is a good amount to choose from, unlike most places that allow you to only chose three. All ingredients were well sautéed and the eggs were fluffy but there was nothing that set it apart from any other breakfast omelet. I found the potatoes dry.
