1. West Palm Beach Farmers Market (Greenmarket)

West Palm Beach has one of the best farmers markets in all of Florida. Every Saturday, booths line The Square with their handmade specialty items. You can find a little bit of everything here from food, plants, crafts, clothes, décor, and more. My favorite thing to do is browse around grab some delicious brunch bites and find a spot on the lawn to enjoy the live music.

2. Explore Downtown West Palm Beach

Clematis District is the central hub of downtown West Palm Beach. This area offers a great place to walk around, enjoy the historic architecture, and dazzling shops. There are tons of trendy restaurants located throughout downtown with Elisabetta’s Ristorante being one of my favorites. The intercoastal waterway lies just east of downtown, and is filled with your dream boats. Not too far from the main square is the Meyer Amphitheater, which hosts live performances and events.

3. Fine Dining in Palm Beach at Meat Market

While West Palm Beach has some amazing restaurants, my favorite lies across the bridge in Palm Beach. Meat Market is an upscale steak house with decadent food, refreshing drinks, and a lively crowd. This is definitely a splurge but if you are wanting to stick to something a bit more casual Meat Market has a great happy hour in the bar!

4. Peanut Island Day Trip

Peanut Island is a small island located in between West Palm and Palm Beach. There are a few ways to reach the island, one of the most popular ways is the Peanut Island Shuttle Boat. If you are looking for more of an adventurous route, I recommend renting a kayak or some paddle boards and explore the island on your own terms. Once on the island, there are a ton of activities including snorkeling, lounging on the beach, beach games, fishing, and even a campsite.

5. Relax on the Beach

Palm Beach offers some of the best white sand beaches, I highly recommend getting out, packing a picnic, and enjoying the sunshine. There are even a few spots to catch some waves! There is metered parking located along the coast line for easy access to the Municipal Beach.

6. Norton Museum of Art

The Norton Museum of Art is an absolute show stopper and a great place to escape the South Florida heat. This large museum of art showcases European, American, and Chinese art pieces. There is a lot to see here with a garden area, contemporary art pieces, photography, and various events. Book your timed entry on their website upon purchasing your ticket!

7. The Palm Beach Lake Trail

This is one of my favorite things to do in Palm Beach! The Palm Beach Lake Trail is a large path throughout the main areas of Palm Beach. I enjoy doing a full loop through town, along the coast, and back up next to the marina. You really get to see a little bit of everything including the gorgeous homes, upscale shops, yachts and more. You can walk this trail or ride your bike!

Parking can be a bit difficult sometimes but I suggest finding a residential street with 2 hour parking signs and parallel parking there.

8. Exploring the Shops in Palm Beach

Palm Beach breaths the finer things in life, and that is showcased in their main street lined with upscale designer shops. This is a great area to grab brunch and explore the shops. At the end of Worth Avenue is the Clock Tower, a great photo spot with an ocean backdrop!

9. The Breakers Palm Beach Resort

One attraction you cannot miss is touring The Breakers Palm Beach Resort or if you are lucky enough, stay at The Breakers. This 5-Star luxury hotel was established in 1896. It is as beautiful inside as it is on the outside, evoking historic charm, Italian design, and first class service. If you aren’t staying here, you can still tour the inside, courtyard, and grounds for free.

10. Brunch at RH Rooftop Restaurant

Enjoying brunch at the famous RH Rooftop Restaurant is most likely on everyone’s travel guide, while it may sound cliché, it really is a special experience. The food, views, and aesthetics of it all is top notch, I mean it is a luxury home décor store after all. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for their popular brunch hours.
