VIE Hotel Bangkok Full Review

VIE Hotel is mingled within the many sky scrappers in the bustling city of Bangkok, Thailand. This five-star hotel is just steps away from the main sky trains making it convenient for travelers to tour popular landmarks like The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Chinatown. It is also right next to the large shopping area of Siam for an easy stop to pick up anything you may have forgotten.
The Hotel + Concept
VIE Hotel is an upscale boutique hotel that is part of the MGallery Hotel Collection. VIE Hotel Bangkok aims to provide personalized service, in a modern luxurious setting. Their dark shades with pops of color set the mood for an elegant atmosphere. Their lobby is absolutely stunning with one of a kind furniture pieces, fresh florals and geometric patterns that draw the eye.
The Rooms
VIE Hotel offers a variety of hotel rooms from one to two bedroom executive suites to their deluxe suites. Each room offers stunning views of the Siam Bangkok area below. We had the luxury of staying in one of their executive suites and absolutely loved our stay. We could not get enough of the 20th floor city views! The large space was perfect for two people to catch up on needed rest, do some work, and get all dressed up for a fine dining experience at the one and only Signature Bangkok restaurant.
Amenities
VIE Hotel offers amazing amenities that make you feel revived, special, and refreshed. Starting the day with breakfast, their stunning buffet offers a little bit of everything in a stunning floral, light, and airy setting. After getting your sweat on at their fully equipped gym, relax in their steam room or better yet, take a dip in the rooftop pool. For select room reservations, there is a complimentary cocktail hour offered everyday at 3:00 PM. The Piano Bar opens up with free flow cocktails and small bites. These were some of the best cocktails I have ever tasted!

Signature Bangkok Restaurant
A night I will forever hold near and dear to my heart! Dining at Signature Bangkok restaurant is truly and experience that needs to be had at least once in a lifetime. Former 2 Michelin Star French Chef, Thierry Drapeau welcomed us with open arms with an out standing five-course meal. This seasonal menu highlights fresh innovative ideas like “floral cuisine” and “cuisine of the soil” with the natural elegance of edible flowers and herbs in each and every dish.
The dining room is absolutely breathless with Bangkok’s skyline painted in every window, fresh flowers dancing through out, and of course, the open kitchen setting the focal point. It is a wonderful moving display witnessing Chef Thierry and his well trained team work together to perfect each dish.
“It’s your stage, your show”
I was in ah with how unique yet simple each dish was highlighting the locally sourced fresh ingredients. The opening dish was one of my favorites with a magical Alice and Wonderland feel. It was almost as if we were harvesting the fresh carrots from the ground! Dessert was also a show stopper with a large chocolate egg dropping and exploding with colorful flowers and indulgent chocolate treats.

Thank you VIE Hotel Bangkok for an amazing stay, it was above and beyond our expectations. Dining at Signature Bangkok is a night I will never forget.
