About the Company
Two best friends were tired of going to the store to buy 10+ ingredients for just one baked good. They decided enough is enough and set out to make baking easy and convenient. Shelley and Carla (co-founders) launched BaKIT Box in February of 2021 and are based in Chicago, Illinois. BaKIT Box offers specialty baking kits with premeasured ingredients and easy to read recipes for adults and kids. Each and every recipe is curated by these two talented ladies and tested to ensure the tasty treats are user-friendly and delicious. They pull inspiration from their heritages and upcoming holidays for the monthly menu.

The NY Style Everything bagels turned out amazing! They were everything a bagel should be chewy and soft with an outer crust.
What makes it a NY Style Bagel?

Difficulty
The NY Style Everything Bagels is an intermediate bake. There is a suggested 2 hour bake time, which seems like a long time but over an hour is for proofing the dough. This took me exactly 2 hours and found the recipe easy to follow.
