Room for Milly is located on Platte Street in Denver, Colorado. This up-and-coming area is on the west side of the South Platte River that runs near Union Station in the heart of downtown Denver. Room for Milly is open Thursday through Monday from 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM, no reservation required.

Room for Milly is a stylish cocktail lounge that was inspired by the famous Milly Parker. Milly Parker lived quite the life, traveling the world and making friends wherever she was. The colorful accents and fun decor replicate Milly’s social butterfly style. This unique cocktail lounge is a great place to meet a friend for drinks or kick off a first date. Room for Milly firmly believes in sustainability and giving back to the community.

Cocktail Menu + Bites
Room for Milly’s menu includes unique cocktails and small bites. There are three cocktail categories; Salon Cocktails, Les Années Folles, and Travelogue. Each and every cocktail has a meaning and story behind it. Whether it resembles Milly’s travels, late nights collaborating with artists, or the liberating time for women during the roaring 20s. Room for Milly has a limited menu for food with just a handful of bites to chose from. The menu rotates often to highlight fresh ingredients that are in season.

Drinks
Delta Royale · Sour/Rocks – $13.00
The Delta Royale is one of Room for Milly’s most popular drinks but it was not one of my favorites. I found it a little too strong on the strawberry liquor flavor and thought it would be a bit tangier like a limey margarita. It did grow on me as the night went on.
Tom Collins
A Tom Collins is a classic cocktail consisting of gin, lemon juice, sugar, and carbonated water. This is a refreshing cocktail that quenches your thirst.
Burrata – $12.00
The burrata is one of Room for Milly’s most ordered dishes during the summer season. We saw four other groups munching on this delicious light bite. The burrata was everything creamy while the fresh seasonal tomatoes added great acidity. The star of the show, for me, was the chiffonade basil-mint, it added freshness and depth of flavor.
Deviled Eggs – $4.00
These aren’t your usual deviled eggs your aunt brings to your summer BBQ. Room for Milly has given deviled eggs a new look with sambal, Bonita, feta, pickled watermelon rhyne, and romesco. The left green deviled egg tasted a bit greek with cucumber and feta. On the right, was a very unique egg that had a hint of spice from the sambal and pickled watermelon rhyne.
Spiced Walnuts – $8.00
My absolute favorite bite of the night was these spiced walnuts. The whole walnuts were roasted with a bit of sriracha and brown sugar. In each and every bite you tasted sweetness, nuttiness, and a hint of spice. I would buy a bag of these if they sold them!
Cinema Popcorn – $7.00
The cinema popcorn was a bit of a letdown. It seemed like it had been popped for a while, lacked flavor, and stuck to my teeth. Maybe a freshly popped batch is better but I would still add more spices to make it more flavorful and unique.
